The Stallery: SPACE RICH
SPACE RICH is a solo exhibition by Ernest Chang presented at The Stallery in Wan Chai, Hong Kong. The series blends luxury symbols with bold pop culture references and imagined off-world landscapes to explore ideas of value, desire and escape.
Chang uses astronaut figures, branded objects and visual fragments from everyday culture to question how people define identity in a world shaped by status and digital influence. The exhibition expands on his signature style, mixing humour, critique and familiar cultural icons to examine what it truly means to feel “rich” in modern life.

3D Modeling That Supports Handcrafted Art.
We worked with Ernest Chang to create detailed 3D models of his sculptural characters, including pieces inspired by figures from pop culture such as Morty from Rick and Morty and icons from Toy Story. The 3D models helped define proportions, structure and form before the sculptures were built by hand. This gave Ernest a clear digital foundation to guide the physical work, making the sculpting process more efficient and precise while still preserving the character and expression of each piece.

Expanding Space Rich Through Design and Community
We developed the Space Rich clothing merchandise by turning elements of the artwork into wearable designs. The graphics, colours and layouts were refined to reflect the tone and personality of the exhibition. Alongside the merchandise work, we planned and organised the pre-launch event in the heart of Soho. The gathering brought together collectors, friends and the wider creative community, creating a moment where the artwork, the clothing and the story of the series could be experienced in one place.
