Baked Hong Kong is famous for its sourdough-based recipes and baked craft beer, built on a philosophy of slow fermentation and honest ingredients. The brand needed a series of videos that could communicate the craft, patience, and personality behind their food and drink. Our role was to go behind the scenes with founder Zahir Mohamed. We captured the hands-on process of shaping sourdough, brewing small-batch beer, and finishing each product with care, all while delivering authentic, story-driven content for their digital channels.
