Atelier Shan

Atelier Shan is a boutique design studio founded by Ketty Shan, whose architectural vision blends French Polynesian heritage with the precision of a Hong Kong trained principal architect, including her work on Asia’s first Soho House. The studio needed a digital presence that could reflect its commitment to well-being, environmental harmony and user centered design. We supported their growth with videography, social media management and content creation, while also designing and building their website, translating their design philosophy into a cohesive and recognisable online identity. All of this was structured to scale their digital reach and grow their channel presence with consistent visual branding across all platforms.

Connecting the Audience to the Team

We built Atelier Shan a custom website that captures the studio’s ethos of well-being, environmental harmony, and refined design. Beyond the site, we produced, shot, and edited a series of reels showcasing key projects such as the Dot Cod Project, offering a behind-the-scenes look alongside the Atelier Shan team and the Hong Kong Cricket Club. From early coordination through to final execution, we managed the full content lifecycle: filming, post-production, social posting, and paid ad pushing. This integrated approach helped scale the studio’s digital reach and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.

We filmed Ketty Shan introducing the Dot Cod Project on site, joined by a few of the key people involved in the build. The reel weaves her walkthrough with footage of the team at work on location. This piece added a personal and authoritative voice to their digital presence and showed how hands on collaboration and real onsite craftsmanship bring Atelier Shan’s projects to life.

A short video from our ongoing series breaking down the Dot Cod Project. Ketty talks through one of the finer details of the space, this time turning attention to the the handcrafted wrought iron sculpture that runs through the space and how its handmade quality connects back to the overall vision. The video offers audiences a window into the studio's design process and philosophy, revealing the level of thought and intention behind each specific design element.
